I went into the store knowing what I was looking for. Justin Abramo grabbed the guitar and it was in my hands within 3 minutes of entry. I’ve been wanting to test this guitar for quite some time and the staff at George’s music lead me directly to where I could do so. I was left alone to jam, this was extremely appreciated as there was no high pressure on making a purchase. Justin allowed me to test the guitar on multiple amps, so I could hear it clean and with some heavy gain. I ended up buying the guitar and Justin reached out asking if I was satisfied with my purchase about a week later. I surely was. I strongly recommend visiting the George’s music in North Wales it was a pleasurable experience and will surely be back!

The most important resource for any business is it’s people. The staff at George’s Music in North Wales is exceptional. Every staff member I have met there is engaging and passionate about music. The staff genuinely want to help customers find a solution for their needs without being pushy or overbearing. They remember what you are working on and follow up the next time they see you. I am always warmly greeted when I walk through the door and always receive exceptional service.

In my opinion this kind of personal service in retail is fading rapidly. If you go to the other, larger music stores in the area the employees don’t even want to talk to you or acknowledge your presence. I will continue to go to George’s in north Wales for all my music needs.

Excellent customer service and selection. This store is well stocked and clean. Every associate greeted me with a smile. Salesman Josh was friendly, well informed, and enthusiastic. He walked me through all the features of what I was looking for and answered my questions. The whole sales experience was excellent, and I’m very happy with my purchase.

I am a serious musician, and I often am bouncing around in different areas. When in North Wales or even somewhat near it, I use George's Music for advice on gear, books for students, some quick strings, or even just to stop in to try some new guitars out. The team at George's Music is very knowledgeable and courteous. I have been a customer for over 20 years. They always try to help out in any way they can!

Awesome store, awesome staff! I came to this store in search of an electric guitar but I wasn’t entirely sure what kind I wanted. I talked with Josh and Justin and they were both friendly and kind. I was helped by Justin who was very knowledgeable. He showed me a bunch of guitars, let me take as much time as I wanted to try them out and offered much needed tips and suggestions to help me narrow down my search. I was at the store for quite some time but he was patient and didn’t pressure me to come to a decision even though it was nearing closing time on a Sunday. I went home that day with a guitar that I absolutely love, thanks to Justin. I’ve been to the store a few times since then and my experience has always been great. This is my go-to place for all my guitar needs and I highly recommend it!
