I had a horrible experience with another roofer. Never finished the job and refused to call, text or email me back. I asked around for recommendations for other reliable roofers and was given Richard's name. He restored my faith in the industry! He came out immediately, gave me a fair quote, came back to do the job when he said he would and it looks beautiful! Really personable and easy to get along with. I called Rick McLaughlin about a chronic gutter issue at my home. Another company had tried to fix it but the problem persisted. Rick met me at the house at the time we agreed too and within minutes identified the issue and how to make the needed repair.
