“I like Joe's in particular for its soft serve flavor options, and for how good their soft serve ice cream is. With that being said, they have plenty of great water ice and hard ice cream options. The people working are always so friendly and even chat a little bit from time to time. This place is a quick inconspicuous ice cream shop and it is worth it every time.”
