  We had a French drain installed in our basement in January 2018. After a very wet Spring, Summer and early Fall, there has not been a drop of water. We are very pleased with the work done by CK Services.

  I hired CK Services for mold removal/treatment and full encapsulation in my crawlspace basement. They were professional, did an excellent job and offered reasonable pricing.
  
  They were able to resolve the minor mold issue and the crawlspace encapsulation looks great. I'd highly recommend them for any mold remediation or crawlspace encapsulation work.

  You don't need to look any further; CK services can solve the issue. They spent as much time as I needed to understand explaining all the nuances of the issue at hand (which in my case, were many) and will offer solutions at an extremely reasonable rate. They will not pressure you into anything and will be entirely honest with you. They could've easily sold me on an expensive drainage system (which every other contractor I spoke to tried to do), but explained that in my case, there is a lot that I could address myself and things that I could do with them for less that should be attempted beforehand that will likely solve the issue. You also realize short into your conversation with them, especially if you yourself already have an understanding of how moisture/water/etc work, that they have an abundance of the kind of knowledge that you only get through years upon years of tangible experience.

  Extremely happy with Chris and his crew! They installed French drains for us and did a wonderful job. They were knowledgeable, respectful of our home, cleaned up well afterwards, finished on time and on budget, and at a reasonable cost. Will have them back to finish our basement.

  Extremely helpful with frozen pipes. Called back when he said he would to keep us posted. Suggested things to do to unfreeze pipes. Very polite and professional. Will definitely use in the future if need be!!
