“So Google won't let me edit my previous review. Maybe because I accidentally have two different Google accounts. Anyway, as of September, I was quite annoyed. However, I've since discovered myeinsteinhealth. Endocrine Associates is still impossible to reach via phone, but if you have your MRN number, you can create a myeinsteinhealth ID, and directly message your doctor. True, the replies often seem like perhaps a rushed assistant wrote them (typos!), but your issue is always addressed. Dr. Agarwala is still great and listens and helped me treat my PCOS, insulin resistance, and lose a bunch of weight and feel a LOT better than before I saw him. I would never go anywhere else. However, I had to keep one star removed due to the ridiculous phone system. I shouldn't have to send electronic messages anytime I need a prior authorization or have a question. But that seems to be an issue with all Einstein doctors, so I don't necessarily blame this specific practice, it's Einstein that needs to fix the entire phone system. Anyway, please disregard my previous review under a different last name.”

“I met Dr Stoner unplanned when I was rushed into the ER by ambulance with premature rupture of membranes and bleeding--later to be confirmed placenta abruptio. Scared, confused and in pain, I could not have been handled by a more professional, competent and attentive physician. From the time I was whisked into labor and delivery to the last second I was prepped for OR, she (together with other staff members on duty) constantly reassured and kept me calm at such a critical moment. Her professionalism, knowledge and passion for what she does was demonstrated in our few minutes of interaction. My husband will never forget that she later came up to check on us a few days post delivery. She saved my daughter's life, and for that she remains in my heart always.”
