A+ Doctor. Very Very good with spending all the time with each patient.
Dr. Andersen is a gem. A good old fashioned "Marcus Welby". He agreed to take me on as a new patient and they "made room" to see me ASAP. My primary of 25 years just quit his practice and I was a lost patient. I had developed health concerns and thank God I found Dr. Andersen. The office staff were kind and quick to find me appointment. I am so so grateful. Dr. Andersen does his own blood work. Where's that playing?
Despite the iffy reviews on Dr. Andersen and his practice, I can honestly say after my visit with him, I am happy with having him as my new PCP. He's a very old school doctor and very forward. Unlike most doctors where you may feel hesitant to ask questions or be forward about the treatment you're actually seeking. He is one of those doctors that has his restrictions(does not do pain management) on what he is willing to do, but in a responsible manner and for good reason. But he is also very flexible and helpful to your treatment needs. If he cannot personally treat you for something, he is willing and able to refer you to someone who can. Don't be afraid to ask questions and be straight to the point of what treatment you need. Also, aside from a pleasant doctor, despite other reviews, one of the front desk women, I didn't catch her name, but she is a blonde and is typically the one at the desk, I found her to be very polite. I think your experience depends upon your attitude. Don't take the negative reviews and go in with a negative expectation. Give it a chance. You may be happily surprised like I was
