(September 18, 2018, 11:30 am)shopped around - seriously, at least 10 other vendors, and could not beat the deal we got from Roy Lomas. Install was on time, easy, completed under the estimated amount of time and looks fabulous. Loved the whole experience. Definitely would recommend.

(May 15, 2018, 6:58 pm)They installed carpet on my stairs, 2nd, and 3rd floors. (a) 5 stars on sales. Rob, the salesperson, was very instructive in helping through the selection process. Because I received large samples (14" x 17"), it helped me in making the right color choice. Samples were promptly mailed or made available to me. Other competitors I interacted with do not offer this level of follow up or sample sizes. (b) 4.5 stars on install. A few of the stair steps had to be repeated due to gaps. The crew protected my 1st floor with padding or plastic sheeting as they worked on the floors above (c) 5 stars on customer service. When I raised a couple of issues by email, I received a call back within hours, and the issues were resolved to my satisfaction. I am very happy with the carpet I picked, and how good it looks in the house.
