  I did a complete gut inside my home and they did great work. Todd was very easy to work with and was very communicative and responsive which is hard to come by with contractors! He gave me options and always tried to find the most reasonably priced ways to go. He also came to the table with great ideas. His team was reliable and trustworthy. Would definitely recommend.

  We have been asked by Mr. Todd Davenport the owner of Davenport Associate LLC to evaluate their capability as a custom builder. Since Davenport Associate LLC. build my house in Warminster PA. We are qualified to comment on this matter, and it is a pleasure to be able to endorse Davenport Associate LLC strongly.
  We evaluated so called five custom builder for our project, however, all except Davenport Associate wanted us to select from their standard blue print for the project. Todd was, only a real custom builder, open to our idea and incorporate in the design. He had a professional architect who design the plan according to our need and idea following four iteration. During the design phase Todd had many excellent suggestions.
  Todd working with the site engineer obtained all the permits for construction from township. In general custom home construction takes six months following permits, but due to Covid- 19 shutdown and the material shortage it took almost 12 month to finish the project. With all the material and labor shortage and shutdown, Todd did not cut corners or shirk difficult task. The house was built with an exceptional care, quality materials, and latest design. Making interior and exterior selections were difficult for novice like us but with his help, suggestions, and contact it became pleasurable experience. We worked with his kitchen designer, floor, counter top, and appliance suppliers and was learning and satisfying experience.
  We are very stickler to the details and quality workmanship, according, we had a big punch list following moving into our new home. Todd had all the item taken care immediately.
  On the personal side Todd is refreshingly direct. Honest, friendly, knowledgeable of the craft, adaptable, and easy to work with.
  I can recommend Davenport Associate LLC for custom construction of home to anyone without qualification.
