  Met with Nick and he asked what I was looking for in a gym. He proceeded to walk me through the facility. I was impressed with the amount of equipment that was there. I am looking forward to starting the new year right!

  Was helped by Nick, he offered incredible service with a friendly smile the whole time. Gave us his info Incase we had any questions and even walked us to the door. Great experience starting back in the gym again.

  I love my teacher Jeanette for body works plus abs..she motivates me and pushes me to be my best.i wish she could teach this class every day I would be there.she also make it fun and amazing. Even when I get up and do t really feel like doing her class I just remember her saying dont quit and keep going you will like the results at the end.she also make my rest of my day

  Best gym I ever been too. Everything I needed so clean. GM was so kind. Whole staff is very helpful and uplifting. One of my favorite LA fitnesses. Best and cleanest sauna I ever been in by far.

  I’ve been going to this gym for over 3 years now and I love this location. It has been improving in all different aspects for the last 3 years. Will is amazing at what he does, he helped me reach all my goals, really cares about his clients. The gym is very clean with a friendly crew of staff. Highly recommend this location.
