(May 8, 2018, 10:41 pm)I very rarely write reviews but this is an exception. I was looking for a new mattress and we had gone to a couple of different Mattress Firm stores. I happened to be in the area, googled the Willow Grove Mattress Firm, and was wowed by the reviews so decided to give it a shot. Dennis was great at explaining the different mattresses and helping us choose the right one. He was also so great at helping us find a cheaper price on the Mattress Firm website so we actually got a better deal than the in-store price. We definitely appreciate Dennis' effort to go the extra mile to help us! Thank you!
(January 31, 2018, 11:57 am)First "real" mattress purchase. Dennis helped us find the right comfort zone and showed us all the beds that would work for that. Really laid back and informative experience. Definitely not pushy or overwhelming. We opted for a pricier purchase and he threw in a $150 mattress protector for free. The home delivery was quick, painless, and efficient. We were worried about the box spring fitting into our apartment and they got it in there without any damage done. Not to mention, our mattress is amazing. Highly recommended.
