“The food is really delicious! I am so happy with this diet program. I tried the other competitors and never succeeded. I lost weight when I was 25 yrs old with nutrisystem, and I'm losing again now at 60. Again, the food is so surprisingly GOOD! And satisfying! There is no sacrifice. 10x's better then supermarket lite meals. (And I am a fussy eater. I won't even eat diner food!) You NEED to commit to at least 2 months to try all the food choices, and get use to the proper portion sizes you will need to eat for life going forward. You will not regret it. I was a little sceptable at first too. I'm in my second month and I'm so thrilled how I've learned portion control, without sacrifice, and feel full. “Dr. Zhu is a very nice woman. I went to see her when I was 41 weeks pregnant, that is 1 week past my due date. I went for two visits with her during that week and while I cannot say her treatment put me into labor (I believe only baby can do that) I can say that seeing her was very helpful. I felt the energy shifts happen so strongly that it was almost uncomfortable. I know the changes that took place in my body as a result of Dr. Zhu's treatment definitely helped me have a quick, natural delivery despite my baby's size. “Primrose is a small local shop that is easy to miss. The place it's self has a decent selection, but being a small shop, it can be on the pricey side of things. I got a great bouquet of flowers for my wife. It came with some plant food and the flowers lasted nicely. Altogether I would certainly go again. Just know the door can get jammed and so it may actually be hard to enter the store.”
