(November 11, 2019, 4:01 pm)Great Trainers - they know the sport of Boxing. Everything is taught from technicality of footwork and punches to strength and conditioning. Sparring drills are amazing. Opportunity to advance to competition if desired.
Coach Martinus is a phenomenal trainer to all skill levels and ages. Highly Recommend!!
