Yes. the interior needs to be updated. It is very dated. But that in no way reflects on the quality of care given to the residents. Many of the employees have been there for years which say a lot. I have witnessed many acts of kindness on their part. All departments do a great job. As a family, we feel grateful for the care they give to our mother.
They took such good care of my mom, I can't begin to thank them enough. She was there for almost four years. We loved to sit out in the gardens. She (and my family) made a lot of friends there, both residents and staff. Being a part of the Gwynedd Square community definitely extended her life and gave her not only great care and support when she needed it but also wonderful memories too.
