  I have been living here for about 3 months now and so far so good. We did have a few issues in the beginning which Kendra and Chrissy (office) immediately addressed . Maintenance is always QUICK to respond (contrary to some of the other reviews), and extremely friendly. The grounds are kept nice and people (residents) for the most part are friendly. My only complaint would be with my neighbors and how you can hear every little thing they do. I believe that it is more so that they are just incredibly loud and inconsiderate VS the floor being too thin. But if you end up next to considerate neighbors who understand that this is apartment living and you need to be just a bit more careful, then you'll love it here. I would HIGHLY recommend it here. Never had I lived in a place where the staff truly cares about you.
  
  They do also do some different events through the year- I would love to see more of that.
  
  They have a nice outdoor fitness center, which in theory sounds good but no one ever uses it. It would be nice if Morgan Properties would think about turning that into an enclosed fitness center with real equipment. Hopefully they read these reviews :)
  
  Lastly, this is a dog friendly community. Its awesome to see so many fur babies on the property. They have a really nice little dog park where you can let your pet off leash and even play with other dogs. If you are not a dog person, I wouldn't recommend moving into a dog friendly community. Dogs bark- there's nothing you can do about it so if you do not like dogs, this wouldn't be the place for you.

  Came to look at an apartment with my husband and got treated Holden by Chrissy. She was pleasant and professional while still being fun and engaging! It was a truly great experience!!!

  Amazing place to live! The community is so friendly and the staff genuinely cares about every one of their residents. Very convenient location too

  I've lived here for over a year now and its family to me from the residents to the staff who work here. The staff is friendly and very ready to help. The thing that initially brought me in was that the site itself was maintained and beautifully groomed....showed me that they cared about their appearance.

  I have been here for over 7 yrs with my family. Words do no justice how we feel,. Not just of the place where we feel safe. but of the staff. Chrissy the manager is the best. I have gone through several managers here. But she makes us stay. She can be firm when need or give a holding hand. when you have a problem. I truly feel blessed to b here. Oh did I mention the rest of the staff. It is so hard to remember they are employees of Morgan. They get what they need done friendly and with a smile. They even check in on you. Eric blew my mind away as w had a local power outage and he was at my door with a bag of ice he personally bought. I will never forget that. They are not just employees but friends. live here!
