(October 30, 2018, 11:07 pm)We have been bringing Kayla, our havapoo puppy, to this practice since the week we adopted her. We were lucky to have met Dr Isolde Baylor. Not only has she been knowledgeable and patient with all our many questions but our puppy loves going there. Dr Baylor clearly loves animals besides being extremely competent, thorough and patient and we never feel rushed at the visits. She’s a great vet who always helps us to feel comfortable with every aspect of living with our new little family member. We have not met any of the other doctors in the practice but we trust if they are working with Dr Baylor they must be equally competent. This office is farther from our home than we realized but each time we go we are more certain that we choose the right practice. I would not hesitate to recommend them and feel grateful that we found Dr Baylor to take care of our little Kayla.

(October 28, 2018, 4:07 am)I love this place so much! They have helped all of my dogs over the years. Dr. Baylor is absolutely amazing. My only complaint is there no longer have the 24 hour emergency service and now they are closed on Sundays. I understand if you can’t offer the 24 hour service anymore but please have hours on Sundays! Even if it is just a shorter day.

(September 13, 2018, 2:27 pm)The staff and veterinarians here are the most wonderful and caring, and I was very touched by how dedicated they were to my pet's health and recovery. I switched to this hospital at the suggestion of a friend after trying various offices, and I trust VCA Gwynedd absolutely to do what is right and best for my pet.

(June 30, 2018, 6:12 pm)I understand some of the negative reviews that people have left, as I had an unpleasant experience last August with the doctor on call being inexperienced. But with that being said, I LOVE and completely trust Dr.Kane with my baby Karma. Karma has been seeing her for almost a decade and has been through an array of health issues including asthma and diabetes. Dr. Kane has always been very direct and never pushy about tests. She will tell you what she recommends and what is most important to do at this time, but she is also understanding about financial difficulties. She is the best and I won't take my cat to see anyone else!
