They've been servicing me for an entire year. Their customer service is excellent. I've been getting the same person (Mendez) and he's been very attentive to what I need and everything's been working out great. I am renewing my contract. Brian came over on a hot, muggy day and did a great job of educating me about what was needed and what Green Pest Solutions offers, hooking me up with the right coverage, and doing our initial treatment. He was enthusiastic, professional, and courteous during the entirety of the visit. He worked steadily and efficiently, treating all our structures on the outside and problem areas indoors. He informed me of what to expect in terms of control and timing, as well as company procedures for future visits.

Chris Farr has been our pest control expert for years; always finds the nest and gets rid of the problem quickly. Great job in getting rid of my bee problem! So far so good. Frank came out as soon as he was available, which was a couple hours earlier then my scheduled time. I truly appreciated that.
