  These people know how to treat their friends & family, I say that because I didn't feel like a customer and their hospitality is out of this world! I have to thank managers Mark and Eric for the exceptional service I received from not only them, but the members of the team as well! Needless to say the place was tidy as well!

  Went to Panera bread in King of Prussia. Got a grill cheese but it was different than the way they use to make it. That was the second time this happened. (1st time was at a different location. ) I asked (Imani) the young lady making the food if the recipe changed and she kindly offered to make it the way we liked it. She made it and then brought it out to us.That is great customer service. Thanks for making everyone happy. Wish more places understood that's how to show your customers you appreciate them and keep them coming back! Great job! We'll be back!

  I have not considered Panera for lunch before. I was lucky to have seen this one hiding across from the mall. Their food and service was above normal expectations. The soup and bread bowl were both great. I bought a blueberry scone for later, but it was still fresh the next morning. Be sure to sign up for their club while there.
