After doing my research, I decided that I wanted to see Dr. Lim for a procedure.
I explained that I am a fairly high anxiety patient and have had previous bad experiences. Dr Lim took the time to fully explain what to expect, followed up with me after the procedure and I had no post operative pain. The staff was wonderful too.
Dr. Lim has state of the art equipment, very professional office, He is very thorough with his work. He wants the best outcome for his patients & even makes calls to his patients, in order to make sure they are doing well. He offers the healthiest choices in dental wellness as well. I highly recommend Dr. Lim.
Dr. Lim and his entire staff are exceptional. The care that he provides is very personalized, he uses state of the art equipment, and most important, he always puts my health first. I've been going to Dr. Lim for 5 years or so and drive about an hour to see him. His new hygienist, Anita, is kind, very personable, and made my experience pleasant even though I went in that day in pain.
Dr. Lim is trustworthy, very skilled at what he does, and has great bedside manner. Any time I've had any kind of work done or have called with a dental/medical concern, he will personally call me. Good luck finding that kind of care anywhere else!
When I do need a filling, they do everything possible to make me comfortable; a movie, headphones, a pillow, etc. I never have to worry about what kind of materials and products he uses at his practice. I also like that I'm not pressured into getting x-rays every year if I do not want them. Like I said, the care provided is truly personalized.
Last, but not least, Elizabeth always greets me with a smile and any time I've called with a question, she gets back to me promptly. She's extremely knowledgeable and compassionate also. I recommend this place to everyone. (My review from Dr. Lim's website).
VERY PROFESSIONAL AND COURTEOUS, IT'S WORTH THE HOUR DRIVE.
I recently had a great new patient visit here. The staff were kind hearted and welcoming, they treat you like family. Dr. Lim was extremely insightful and caring. Every step of the exam was throughly explained in advance. I've been searching for a dentist that I can trust and feel comfortable with, I have found that at The Dental Wellness Centre.
