Reliable effective service. I have not had any issues with them. Only the pricing keeps them from 5 stars. The pricing is fair toward the higher end, but again the service is very reliable.

First time using Greenix. The technician Coda was very professional and explained everything in detail. There was a miscommunication on my end and I called customer service. Zack was very professional and actually put the customer first. That's rare in these times. He was great to deal with. And Coda who did not have to come back, especially the same day, came back 4 hours later to apply more magic in a different area of my lawn that I earlier hadn't covered. Company has great ethics and really do look out for the customer. And on a scale of 1-10 Coda and Zack get 10's. Won't use anyone but them in the future

The tech, Farris, was terrific. He took his time and also took the time to explain what he was doing. I was very pleased with him. I hope I will have him again in the future.
Also, I love the product. I have not seen pests since you have been coming out to my house.

Very reliable company. I was somewhat skeptical in the beginning as I didn’t know anything about this company but after dealing with them over theses last many months I have grown more and more confident in there services and how they follow-up on the pre-established service. My experience with their various technicians have all been very positive culminating today with Jeremy Quinn. If possible, I would like to have Jeremy service my property all the time. He was efficient and thorough and all with a smile.

I have been pleasantly surprised with the excellent service from this company. You never know when you sign up for a service at your door step, but Greenix has been wonderful. The technicians have been friendly and competent. When I found a wasp nest under a table on my deck, it only took one call to get help. The technician took care of it professionally and completely, with no extra cost. They always explain exactly what services they perform. Many thanks for my pest free house and yard!
