I worked with Sara to turn the diamond from my grandmother’s engagement ring into a necklace for everyday-wear. Sara was very thoughtful in getting my input on the different aspects of the necklace, and she was very clear on timeline and expectations. When I realized I forgot to take a before picture after the intake appointment, I emailed her to see if she can get me a picture to the ring prior to the work, and she got it to me right away. Great customer service and communication. Highly recommend L. Priori for heirloom redesigns.

My husband and I chose L. Priori in KOP to design a custom engagement ring for myself as well as both of our wedding bands. Brooke carefully listened to all of our ideas and desired budget, and provided helpful suggestions on design execution. She sourced several really beautiful diamonds within the provided price range and assured us if we didn't see one we were happy with she would continue to look until we did. There was zero sales pressure. She listened to all of our feedback and we were able to design a ring in two appointments. The timeline provided during the design process was accurate, we were provided a computerized demo as well as a wax model to critique/make adjustments to if needed. We were both so happy with how everything turned out and I get multiple (!!) daily compliments on my engagement ring. We will definitely return for any custom jewelry in the future!
