  Did you know they can get you a breast pump through your insurance? I didn’t know until they were on a list provided by insurance. Lisa was very nice and went above and beyond! They knew they could get the Medela model, but when I asked about spectra she said they’d have to check. Well, let me tell you! I wanted the spectra with the chargeable batter, but didn’t know if it was covered. I mentioned this to her and I don’t know what she did but somehow she got me the nicer model which I didn’t realize was covered by insurance! Very happy with my experience, the customer service was superb, and I’m less stressed which is great for a mom-to-be! Thanks so much Lisa!!

  Jay Ann has an amazing variety of bras and underwear! The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. I will definitely be returning to buy more!

  You folks are fantastic! From pre-surgery advise and guidance to immediate post surgery garments [comfortable for mental and physical assurance] to mastectomy under garments, to believe it or not - fun garments - - all professionally handled in an understanding manner. I cannot thank you all enough. We are lifetime partners. Thank you all

  I first went to Jay Ann's about five years ago when I was looking to get fitted for a bra. The owner, Farrell, welcomed me warmly and in a very short time I walked out of the shop with a half dozen expertly fitted bras. Since then I've done all my lingerie shopping at Jay Ann's and have always been impressed with the excellent attention and customer service they provide. Whether it's bras, panties, sleepwear or loungewear, Jay Ann's has a wonderful selection of intimates to choose from. I can recommend them without reservation.

  It was so hard to find a proper fitting bra. For years I looked and felt horrible with what I wore. Now I can not be happier with the support and comfort I get from the best fitting bra!! Thank you to the friendly and educated staff!!
