(December 5, 2019, 1:28 pm)I moved to The Station at Willow Grove from another Petrucci property (Chalfont), knowing that the quality of construction, management, and amenities would continue to be excellent.
On opening morning, I was greeted by Nick and Jen - and was comfortably in the apartment within 30 minutes.
The details and amenities are excellent:
* Covered garage parking with security gate,
* Security key fobs for access to all tenant floors,
* Two courtyards; one with outdoor pool reopening May, spaces for grilling, and entertaining,
* High quality appliances, stove, washer/dryer,
* Aesthetic and color coordinated granite countertops, laminate flooring, tile in bathroom,
* Massive fitness center with state of the art equipment being installed this month,
* Cinema room, business center,
* High End Coffee/Cappuccino machine - available 24/7 for tenants,
* Space available for family functions,
* Billiards/Pool table in elegant lobby,
* Walk to Willow Grove train station - train to center city, airport, Warminster Line,
* Center of town offers easy access to restaurants, stores - Willow Grove Mall, Panera, Grub Burger, Wawa, Giant, Extra Space Storage, Weinrich's Bakery, US Post Office, etc., etc.

* This is a great space for working from home office,
* Nick, Jen, Ashley are the friendly office team; leasing specialists and are more like personal concierges.
