I went to Miracle Ear not knowing what to expect, I knew I needed help with my hearing and I found it. Talk about Customer Service this was the best, Lisa and Gail are the most friendly and knowledgeable people I have ever met. It has been about four years since I got my hearing aids and I love them they are GREAT, Thanks Again Lisa
I want to thank Lisa and Gail for your excellent customer service skills! You truly care about your clients and it shows on a daily basis. Your professionalism comes through with your knowledge and expertise. I purchased hearing aids from another Company in 2001. The hearing aids were okay, but I still struggled to hear. When those hearing aids quit working, My Husband researched the internet and found Miracle Ear. He was very impressed with your excellent ratings. We decided to purchase the hearing aids (I can get hearing aids for free from the VA) at Miracle Ear. We were sitting in Lisa's office when she put the hearing aids in my ears. I was facing her desk with my back to the door. Lisa went out the door, down the hall, into the reception area, and had her back to us talking in her normal voice. I COULD HEAR EVERY WORD SHE SAID. My Husband was very emotional, because I have had so many problems with my hearing. Lisa programmed my phone so I can control my hearing in crowds, concerts, and have the ability to turn up or down the volume in my hearing aids. My hearing aids are waterproof and that alone is a huge benefit. At times, we have a tendency to sweat, and my other hearing aids quit working because of the condensation build up in my hearing aids. I cannot emphasize how amazing these Miracle Ear hearing aids are for me and my Husband and how they have completely changed OUR lives. Miracle Ear is our miracle!!!!!
I am so very happy that I bring my mother to Lisa Lucas for her hearing aids. Lisa is so knowledgeable about the product and so sweet and caring with her clients. She goes out of her way to make sure my mom is comfortable and happy. There has been many times that Lisa will stay late if my mom has a problem with her aids. Lisa and Gail both treat you like you are family!
I have been resistant to purchasing hearing aids because of complaints I kept hearing from my friends about their devices. I had trial sessions with four different companies. The fourth was Miracle Ear at the Willow Grove store. I was immediately amazed at the sound clarity of the trial hearing aids Lisa put in my ears. Now I know it was her expertise at adjusting them to my particular needs that made them perfect for me. She spent a lot of time educating me on the use and care of my devices. Seems every follow up visit I learn some new way to enhance my hearing. Never miss an appointment; Lisa and Gail make it fun. I can honestly say I have no complaints and am thrilled with my decision.
