(January 8, 2020, 11:38 am)I got into my first accident early December and really did not know how to handle it, from insurance claims to getting my car repaired. Between my insurance and Center Square, I actually got a lot of help and answers, as well as quality. Center Square facilitated getting my car towed the day after I called them, and answered my frequent calls for updates. It took a few weeks to get fixed during the holidays, but my car looked great when they said I could come pick it up. I did notice a day later that some door controls did not work correctly, and so I called them up that Monday morning. They had me bring my car in and fixed within an hour of my call.

I had been struggling to get the repairs done with another shop, but they were able to schedule me quickly, were honest about the reasons they had to keep my Jeep a little longer than we had plans, and the final result is amazing! So glad I trusted them with the tree damage to my vehicle!
