(March 28, 2018, 3:37 pm)Been working with Melissa for a few months and I’ve noticed changes. I am definitely becoming stronger and losing weight. The workouts are short but high intensity. I even started personal training with Melissa because the Bootcamp class was going so well. She really helps with the form during excercises to make sure the correct muscles are working. Also she makes the workouts fun.
