  I was in town for my son's soccer tourny and discovered I left a piece of my tubing home. I called Rapid and Eric jumped on my issue and said come right over. When I go there Denise took over and found me the right piece. Best of all she refused to charge me since I was from out of town. I can't thank Rapid again . I found them responsive and professional. Just sorry they aren't closer to where I live.

  The staff here goes above and beyond to help you. When I needed a CPAP mask replacement part (an air pillow nasal mask), I called and spoke to Denise. I didn't know a part number so she asked me to send her a picture. Even though the part was from an older ResMed machine (like 3 models ago), she went out of her way to track it down and offered to get the part for me in a few days for free. It could not been a nicer or more successful exchange. I will use them for all my future needs.
  
  I wish I knew about them before. It was a total contrast to Montgomery Medical who said they could get the part in 10-working days for $29, and they are constantly trying to up-sell you.

  Seriously, you have to go here. Nice people, no BS like the medical supply generalists. They answer their phone, greet you with a smile. See you in a reasonable time-frame (no waiting a week or more just to get in the door). You can't do better. And their prices? Cheaper than online stores AND you get full friendly service. There is nothing not to like! Can I give 6 stars?

  Very knowledgeable staff!! I would recommend them to everyone. Very hard to find a trustworthy and knowledgeable company in this field and they are it! Can’t say enough good things about them.

  Rapid CPAP is by far the best respiratory service provider in the field! They provide EXCELLENT customer service, highly skilled providers, and definitely have the most affordable pricing anywhere! The low cost of their incredible Resupply program is unbeatable. We highly recommend this amazing company!
