(November 11, 2017, 4:01 pm)I can't say enough positive things about Bern! The process of buying my first house was so scary and intimidating. But Bern walked me through it every step of the way!
She was so supportive! She educated me about different home issues and pointed out things to consider about each house. She also gave me ideas for upgrades I could make or what was involved in updating certain things. Not having owned a home before, I was feeling pretty overwhelmed and I really valued all the information she gave me. She was very emotionally supportive and was always available and responsive to answer any of my questions.
She knew I was looking in a certain area for a long time so she made sure to keep an eye out for me. As soon as something went on the market that met my criteria, she called me right away.
Also, she is just one of the nicest, sweetest, most caring people you'll ever meet! -

(August 15, 2017, 4:50 pm)- Bern was the realtor my wife and I used to buy our first single family home and to sell our townhouse. From our first meeting to our settlement day, Bern made the entire experience easy, informative, and more fun than I ever imagined it could be. She was always there to answer our questions. She was very accommodating to our schedule when we were looking at different homes for sale and she set up showings very quickly. Bern was very knowledgeable about the values of the homes we looked at based on the area and comparable homes which was very helpful when it came time to make an offer. We truly felt that Bern had our best interests in mind; not just an opportunity to make a sale. She made this entire experience as simple and enjoyable as possible. She's also kept in contact with us well after the sale has been made to make sure everything is going well. I would recommend her to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a home
