“Both of my parents have worn hearing aids for years without much satisfaction. For years they used what I consider to be defective products from other companies. In fact, some of the audiologists actually told me many times that I should give up trying to make my parens hear better. They claimed that my father had already reached the maximum hearing level that he would ever attain. That was my discouragement until I met Dan Libby. I am delighted to say that Dan immediately "took the bull by the horns" and told us that he was determined to make my father hear better. I was impressed how he carefully and accurately analyzed each aspect of my father's hearing disability. He had excellent skills in using the equipment, and was able to adjust the quality as well as the the loudness of the sound above all that we expected. I would like to comment on the fact that Dan was very patient in dealing with my elderly parents who speak no English, but only Korean. But he was more than just "patient." He was professional, compassionate, personable, especially as I had to translate for them, a process that took twice the amount of his time since everything had to be said twice in this communication process, but Dan never expressed frustration of any kind. I highly recommend both the product and service of LIfesound.”
