Dr. Osterman is a combination mad scientist/artist/genius surgeon, not to mention a really good guy, who has a world renowned reputation. My surgery with him went as expected and as explained. The doctor takes is time to let you know what’s going on and to show you what he’s going to do as well as explaining how the healing process will work. A+ plus. If there is anything that’s a negative in this practice it’s that you will wait for your appointment. It’s not uncommon for his patients to wait two hours to see the doctor beyond your set appointment time....THIS ISNO EXAGGERATION. The good news is his friendly staff will let you know when you arrive about how long it’s going to be and then you can go off to the King of Prussia Mall which is basically across the street.Just plan ahead. It’s worth the wait.”
