“This Doctor is excellent. He takes his time and is extremely thorough. He does not rush you through an assembly line like many do nowadays. The downside of his practice is getting in touch directly with his Office. There is an unbelievably long list of options to get through to just leave a message. There is NO direct line (I'm aware of) to call his Office and speak to a human. It is extremely frustrating. “I've driven my mother in law to 2 appointments here in the last 2 weeks, and they're a happy, upbeat group of people. They see us (a patient with 2 people following) and immediately (and happily) pull an extra chair into the exam room. They include us, and they make all three of us smile and laugh while dealing with this crappy thing--the necessary foot surgery. They're SUCH a pleasant, capable group. When my mother in law compares this surgery done by these people to a surgery she had ... I think it was last year, but maybe 2016, by a DIFFERENT surgeon, this one is going more smoothly. They also seem to care more. At the others doctor's office, we were rushed through and given a max of five minutes with a doctor in the room. Here, they take their time and care about their patients. We always leave with a smile on our faces, even if my mother in law has to have a cast on longer than she anticipated (which she hates). Eddie is definitely our favorite face (and the MIL's favorite cast-cutter-offer). And to add clarification to someone else's review--there IS a very easily seen elevator. You open the door and enter the building, and there are stairs to the right, and signs pointing to an elevator to the left/straight back. :)”
