Mark the director patiently and knowledgeably walked us through all the details of the process during this emotional time. The space is beautiful and well appointed with plenty of parking. They even have samples of all the products on site (coffins, urns, prayer cards, etc.) which was really helpful as we weren't just making selections from a book. The best part of all was that I felt that they really cared about us and my family member and provided expert guidance on every aspect of the funeral making it all much less painful than it could have been.
