“Let me just start by saying when I walked in, I wanted the deal where you get the two pairs for $69. I picked out my frames. Sat down with a very nice woman who explained to me about lenses. By the time we were done, it was over $300. I could not afford that. I thought it was a deal and told her as much and was just ready to shop around. She worked with me, even getting one of my pairs made into sun glasses, which I never had, and the balance was $140. I was okay with that, and went ahead and ordered. Came the day to pick up. I tried both pairs on and they were literally perfect. I was completely pleased by the service and the understanding in getting my bill down. My only complaint is the advertising of $69 for two pairs. Unless your prescription is very very low, your lenses will have to be adjusted so you don't have coke glass eyes and I think this is probably most who go here will have a thick lens. I don't think this is false advertising but I think it is very misleading and should be noted that your price will increase according to your lenses. otherwise, will recommend going here.”

“I am sorry to hear about the other reviews. I can only state my opinion. I think Dr Jaffe is extremely through, listens, courteous, professional and has an excellent bedside manner. He is in an older building with charm (not a fancy modern office) but clean. You can tell that his desk staff has been with him many years, they know what they are doing. This is a very busy office, and they may seem very direct, however I never felt like they were taking advantage of any situation. If a doctors professionalism and manner is more important to you than the aesthetics of the office, see Dr Jaffe.”
