“I’ve have used this company to get 3 walkers and 2 manual wheelchairs for my son over the past 7 years. My experience has always been pleasant. They come to my home for non- urgent equipment repairs & replacement of wheels/ other parts as needed. If I have an issue that requires immediate attention, they are able to see me right away at their shop; I drive an hour to get there but it’s worth it to get a critical repair taken care of. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They are able to bill my insurance. I did have a long wait for the first walker because the attachable seat was on backorder from the manufacturer but that should not have held up the rest of the walker. The salesman, Greg, took care of getting it to us once he was aware of the issue and came back on a second trip to attach the seat when the parts arrived. Two years later, a critical piece broke on the walker that they were not able to fix. They were able to navigate the insurance requirements to expedite delivery of a replacement walker.”
