At my one month session, John looked at my workout history. He suggested a different cardio exercise, added a couple exercises that would help in my job, and we had a heart to heart talk about food. He inspired some changes that got me through the plateau to drop another 5 pounds. I'm so happy to find these folks. My first impression still holds: Everyone is friendly and the classes are great.
