“I called several companies to purchase a flagpole and flag. I Spoke to all of the companies and awaited their quotes. I wanted aboutflags to be my lowest quote because Marylin was not rushed to get off of the phone and answered ALL of my questions and I didn't buy anything from her yet! I was so impressed about how much she knew and helpful she was. I got my quotes back and she was maybe $100 or $200 different from the rest. She followed up on her quote, unlike the rest of the suppliers, and made she I had no additional questions. I have worked in Customer Service most of my life and I KNOW the value of good quality customer service. That little bit of difference in price meant NOTHING to me! Her customer service was worth so much more than that. I even called after my product arrived and she was still helpful and full of information. “Candace is a talented, kind woman who has a great rapport with children (as well as their parents). My daughter, who recently graduated high school, took harp lessons with Candace for five years. While my daughter took to the harp immediately, it was a little daunting for my husband and I to know how to help her care for such a complex, beautiful instrument. Candace is a huge help in this area as well--she made recommendations from where to buy strings to having a harp regulator come to her house for everyone's harp.
