“Nice Walmart location, looks great inside, but my recent pickup experience was not so great. I had checked in on the app thinking that my item would be ready for me when I arrived. I didn't have a ton of time to wait there, as I had to get to an appointment elsewhere, but it took some time to get my order. I felt bad for the one person whose job it was to fulfill all the pickup orders, especially when a good number of them were in lockers right there at the front of the store. Maybe they can institute a system like Home Depot or Amazon Locker, where you can just scan the barcode and it unlocks the correct door.”

Also tried to suggest alternative medicines that doctor could approve while we are traveling. Very sensitive to drug prices for us. “I put off getting Hearing Aids for many years. Finally it got to the point that I knew I had to make the move. Through Blue Cross Personal Choice 65, I was directed to Tru Hearing and their local representative Steven Grant @ Suburban Hearing. Steven was quite helpful, and non-pressuring, in helping me pick the devices that best suit my needs. I am now in my 5th week of using the devices. The experience has been just great. Steve is patient and available whenever I have a question. Steve realizes making this move can be intimidating. When I first got the devices, he gave me just enough information on how to adjust to using the hearing aids. He then scheduled another appointment in a week and gave me a little more information and set up my smart phone with an app so I could control the units very easily. He then scheduled another appointment and pointed out a few more options on how to get the best use of the devices to suit my needs. This approach, in my mind, is very accommodating to the user. I never got confused and forgot how to use each new feature. Had he downloaded all of these features on the first day, I certainly would have struggled. I highly recommend Steve and his approach to help anyone that is tentative about moving to this stage of their life. Trust Steve and hopefully you will enjoy hearing again.”
