“Amazing customer service from start to finish. I called John Schoeffling Plumbing in a panic when a plumbing catastrophe happened in our laundry room. We were having a new washer delivered and in preparing for the delivery we had to disconnect our old washer. Well.....BOTH of the shut off valves literally broke off in our hands - water was going everywhere! We quickly shut off the main shutoff valve to the house, but now what??? When I first called I was told that John could come to see us in the afternoon and I was ever so grateful. However, just a few minutes later, I received a return call that I was close to a location that he was just completing and he could stop by now instead of at the end of the day. Yes!!! John showed up a few minutes later and quickly had our plumbing dilemma fixed and we were back on track. John's pricing was very reasonable and the level of service he provided was amazing!
