Imagine my surprise when I got home after 6 pm and found that they flawlessly finished the job in 1 day! Also, I couldn’t even tell I had any kind of work done as the kitchen was spotless. “Needed a new water heater. Called on Thursday and they were out on Friday. Kenny came out and explained all my options about testing water heater, rebuilding or new one. I chose to replace the old one. I said when can you do it, Kenny said right now. Wow.. Most places need to order and then you take cool showers until they come back. Kenny was great. He explained everything to me before and after work was done. He cleaned up after he was done. He had to remove 2 doors and wood molding and replaced it all when he was finished, it all look great. Kenny was very friendly and professional. Great job and I would highly recommend Platinum.”
