Jill and her team did an amazing job and exceeded our expectation the day of the wedding. The process from the start was seamless. Jill and her team took our daughter's vision and created the most beautiful arrangements and centerpieces. Their reception was held at Bally Springs Inn in Barto, Pa., when I walked in for a first look I was moved to tears with what they created, it was above and beyond anything we could have imagined!! The flowers were gorgeous and lasted days after the wedding. My daughter wanted a special boutonniere for her husband, as they really like brewery beers, they were able to add a sprig of hops to his boutonniere with no problem. Needless to say, they were both thrilled with this special touch!! We would highly recommend Enchanted Florist to any future bride!”

“DESIGN and PLANNING - 5 Stars. They were very attentive to requests and details. It took us from Aug 22 til Aug 31 to handle all the specifics of the design and renderings...which were awesome! PRODUCTION - 1 Star. We were told to hurry our signing of the final documents so we could secure a spot in production that would put us on a ship date that was about 6 weeks from the time of order (ship by Oct 19). Our order didn't actually ship until Nov 21 and we received it on Dec 6. This created a big problem in our scheduling with the people that were helping us install. INSTALLATION - 4 Stars. Our staircase is solid Hickory, so it is very strong wood and the installation screws that were provided, broke several times as they were being tightened into the wood. We had to get creative to remove them, but ended up purchasing some screws from the local box store and we had no problem after that. All components and pieces were cut and sized exactly as per the plan and that made the installation work wonderfully! FINAL PRODUCT - 5 Stars!!! We love the new staircase and despite the long wait time, would order from Salter, again! Their product is worth the wait!!! I will try to remember to post a photo, soon, we are awaiting the final staining.”
