The staff and vets were unfailingly professional and kind to our old dog (and us!) as he inched towards the end. I loved the vets! They are nice people who always explained everything well, seemed highly knowledgeable, and accepted our decisions. The office staff is also great. I felt any tests or treatments offered were medically reasonable. I never thought that they were trying to make extra off us - something we’ve experienced with vets working for chains.
