I was completely at ease, additionally the day of the job the owner and installer are respectful of your home, rugs, walls, etc.- so don't be nervous about any of those concerns. Although it may not have all the "bells & whistles/ overhead/ marketing material" of the larger operations in the area, it is a privately owned business and should be because this guy has decades of experience and gets the job done without all the nonsense.
