(December 11, 2018, 1:42 pm)I just moved to the area and broke a front tooth diagonally. Serenity had a ton of great reviews so I contacted them as soon as they opened. They offered me an appointment that afternoon but since I had to leave town I had to put it off for 3 days. Long story short I had one of the best experiences ever with a dental office. Everything, including costs, were explained thoroughly and upfront. The temporary crown looked great and the permanent 2 weeks later was just as good. While they did not take my dental insurance they did handle and submit the claim for me. I was reimbursed by my insurer in about 2 weeks. I didn't expect to need to search for a dentist so soon but I know I won't need to look any further.

(November 10, 2018, 7:55 pm)I would recommend Serenity Advanced Dentistry to everyone I know!! After going to several other dentist and getting grim prognosis, I went to Serenity as a last resort. I could not be more happy with the service I received. I walked in with no hope and left smiling looking forward to the future. The staff made me feel at home and like family!! My journey is not over yet but all of my fears have been wiped away. I never thought I would say this but... I love my dentist!

From the moment you walk in you are greeted with such kindness and right away you're made to feel like you're apart of the family! The office is currently being renovated and the character and beauty of this office is amazing, and it's not even done yet!!! Dr. Gregg and his staff go above and beyond to make each and every patient feel important and cared for. I always leave the office with new knowledge and a happy smile every single time! If you or anyone you know is looking for a forever dental home with an outstanding doctor and staff who truly cares, than look no further!!
