(November 22, 2018, 10:55 pm)I’ve had an amazing time during my demo. I personally joined to tone and for some stress relief. Trainer is definitely challenging, but it’s also fun. I would strongly recommend if you enjoy boxing.

(June 6, 2018, 7:24 pm)I love that the workout changes everyday! Israel is high energy and keeps all of the workouts fun and engaging! He kicks my butt and makes sure I’m giving 110% for the full 30 minutes! Oh and I love that I get a hard full body workout in just 30 minutes! I can never think of an excuse to skip the gym anymore!
