These outstanding folks were willing to come out to the park and ride lot on a very busy frigid day to give us a jump start. Not only did they agree to do this when they were overloaded with business, but they were extremely prompt and quoted a very fair price. Compare this to AAA with 30 minutes on hold plus a 2 hour wait time. I cannot say enough good things, service with a smile in a very stressful situation. Highly recommended!
I've been there for couple years. At the beginning, it was just because it was the closest one to my apartment, but later, it became my favorite. The store is family running, the main work force and expert is the son. It usually took couple weeks to get the appointment, but you really got great services there. They usually don't do extra service that is not necessary, but they always fix the problem as expected, at least to my car. Some time, they don't charge you for checking the car, because they don't think any service is needed immediately. Since I was a poor student, they even tried to repair a non-critical parts instead of replacing it, just to save me some bucks. Try it out, it's really great. But be aware that you need to make an appointment before you go there.
