  Went in for a front end alignment. Done within about an hour. John the service writer was quick and fast on his part of job getting the info he needed and during the payment part of it. New building is better lay out then old one. Only compliment i have was the free coffee selection.

  I am transitioning from a luxury brand into a more reasonably priced one. I test drove a number of crossover vehicles and was impressed with the options offered in the Ford Escape Titanium at fraction of the price. Additionally, the vehicle looks sharp inside and out and the 2.0 L turbo engine gives it impressive kick. Bill in sales was really great. He helped to make a process that most of us dread painless. The rest of the staff were equally pleasant and accommodating. I would and will recommend this dealership to others.

  We had a great experience with our vehicle purchase. Myself & my husband were looking for a particular brand of vehicle & we came across it at Koch 33. We set up appointment & we went on a weekend because we were coming from out -of-state. We got there, negotiated & got an excellent deal. Michael and Jim were great. At the end of the deal, they even bought us a large take-out pizza, which we really appreciated because we had a long drive back & I was heavily pregnant & also had my 2-yr old toddler with us. We were the last customer & it was past their closing hour, so they couldn't fill up the tank. So they offered that we buy has on the way & send the receipt & they would send us a refund check. If I could give them beyond a 5-star, I would.

  Friendly...honest....definitely everyone is on the same team and everyone made me feel important. Everyone had the appearance of confidence which lent to my security and trust in this organization. The salesman...Michael Hood...was knowledgeable and had done his preparation for my visit. The insurance rep helpful....explained EVERYTHING WELL....the financial guy BILL...great...informed....able to be patient and explained everything. Met the GM .everyone professional

  Koch 33 is absolutely amazing. I experienced nothing but greatness from the moment I got in the lot. Lauren Arnold, and David Walker were very helpful and did all they could to get me a great deal on a 2018 Ford. This is the second car I’ve gotten here, and the fourth in our household. I’m always amazed at the level of service I receive. I highly recommend Koch 33!
