(March 31, 2018, 9:52 am)So I was looking at a 500X Trekking edition. I found an Trekking Urbana Edition at Brown Daub and contacted the internet sales. Stephanie was great! She asked to text and respected that I didn't want those annoying salesmen phone calls. I sent her over a deal sheet that I had with another Fiat dealership and asked if she could beat it. She worked on it with the general sales manager Ryan. I got the number I was looking for and they beat the previous deal. Stephanie even sent a video to confirm the car had remote start and a sunroof. This was also done in the rain! We were an hour and a half away and when we arrived we were greeted by Scott Geary who took us in the back to show us the vehicle as it was getting ready to be detailed. We had to wait a while as there were 5 other deals that generated towards the end of the night. We did have to wait, but it was worth it. We highly recommend Brown Daub!

(March 10, 2018, 8:19 am)From the time I picked up the phone to arrange an appointment, Stephanie made it easy for me. I drove 1 hr and 35 minutes, so I was worried And hoped it was worth the drive. When I got there, Kyle was very kind and pleasant. He took me for the test drive (2015 Mazda CX-5) and provided me with all information from the vehicle. I’m glad Ryan the manager was able to accommodate the price and make it fit my budget. Overall, excellent price, excellent service and friendly people. Didn’t feel any pressure to buy the vehicle compared to other dealers I have gone to.
Thank you all from Brown Daub Alfa Romeo Fiat for making the trip well worth it and me driving back home in the SUV I always wanted! A+++++++
