Very friendly, answered phone when I called, stated how long it would take to fix snowblower and generator, scheduled a time for pick-up, arrived on-time, both items were fixed and delivered ahead of schedule and prices were very reasonable! A very good person to keep handy for repairs! Great job!
I've had my lawn mower repaired here at least two times and I've been very pleased with the results. And the prices are very reasonable. One repair was during this busy time of the summer and it took about two weeks to get it done.
Took my 21 year old Craftsman snowblower to Tommy. Machine was stalling under load and had other minor needs. Tommy called me just hours before an 8" snowfall, saying the unit was ready! I couldn't believe the engine power, work-ability of the transmission, and ease of steering! Fantastic job, Tommy. I really appreciate your great service and friendliness.
I called Tommy's on a recommendation from another repair shop going out of business and was not steered wrong. Tommy came out, picked up my lawn tractor and repaired it quickly and not as much $$ as i expected. Best of all i had an issue the very next day and they came out again picked it up, reaired it at no cost for second trip!! UNCOMMON honesty in business these days
I brought my mower to Tommy about 4 months ago for a tune-up, and he was able to get it running great for the season! Pricing was great! The icing on the cake, however, is when you find honesty in work. That's what you find at Tommy's. I was running into problems again after weeks of mowing (8 -10 mows). Tommy said bring it in and the next day it serviced and ready. WOW! He got it running again with no charge to me and gave me a free bottle of fuel cleaner as he thinks maybe one of the fuel jets may have gotten clogged. I wasn't expecting this, but it just showed me that this guy was honest and genuinely trying to help a guy get his mower running. I'll definitely be coming back again for repairs and service in the future. I highly recommend!!
