(July 11, 2017, 3:26 pm)Sacred Heart by the Creek in Northampton took fabulous care of my mother from Dec 2016 to June 2017 when she passed away from complications of Parkinson's disease. I cannot say enough about the staff and the facility. It is very clean and well kept with lovely grounds. The staff are what makes this place exceptional. The care my mother received was fantastic - from the nurses and aides to the med techs, everyone was very caring and compassionate. They went above and beyond in the care they showed for my father as well when he was there visiting, which was every day. They made sure he was ok as well. i can't say enough about this facility and staff. I highly recommend it.
