OK. So i recently had an accident in my newly purchased 2008 Civic. I got T boned on the front driver side and that entire quadrant of my car was pretty much destroyed. My dealer had it taken to AutoWorks for repair. I have had ALOT of bad experiences with mechanics. But the guys at Auto Works were so incredibly helpful and honest that i had to write them a review. Mark in particular is a very knowledgeable and courteous person. He is the one i talked to throughout the process. They understood my situation of having to ride a bike and multiple buses to work every day and finished my car as fast as they could. When i picked it up the first time i noticed some prominent vibration that was still present and Mark informed me that i had a bad engine mount which the insurance company did not want to pay for because they claimed it wasnt from the accident. When i told him that it did not vibrate in such a way before the accident he was able to call the insurance company back and convince them to cover it! He even understood that i could not afford to miss any work and so had one of his guys come and PICK UP MY CAR FROM MY JOB, DROP OFF A LOANER CAR JUST IN CASE, BUT STILL MANAGED TO FINISH MY CAR AND DROP IT BACK OFF TO ME ALL IN THE SAME DAY! After my experience at Auto Works, i will never take my car anywhere else for repairs. I highly, highly recommend using them for any of your auto repair needs.
