Great place to park the car for a bike ride up the Delaware Canal path into Easton
This nice little 4.8 acre park is ideal for picnicking, fishing and bird watching. The park has picnic tables, multipurpose field and a scenic observation deck overlooking Fry's Run.
Fry's Run Park provides an access point to Delaware Canal State Park and the D&L Trail. The park features the historic M. Opp Bridge, which is a stone arch bridge over Fry's Run built in 1824.
The park is open Sunrise to sunset.
The park has undergone a restoration of the stream bank that included the planting of 190 trees and shrubs.
Quiet, well kept. Access to the canal path. Restroom facilities, playground, picnic sites. Great place to spend an afternoon :)
Clean. Quiet. Friendly Saturday afternoon in May. More bikers than walkers. Picnic tables available. Great nature.
Park is beautiful. Plenty of parking. We walked our dog along the connected Delaware Canal path for miles!!!! Also, lots of kid friendly sections! Enough bbq areas to go around on the nicest of days.
